A Member wise report is an attendance report in MS Excel that has Employee Details, Check in and check out times of all members in the selected group along with complete attendance summary and cumulative work hours for the period specified. Attendance Summary would have Total Present Days, Total Absent Days, Total Leaves, Total Late Days, Total Missed days, Total overtime days, Total Work Hours and cumulative Over time hours. The report would also have day wise attendance with check in and check out time along with total work hours, overtime hours for the day and status. The status can have multiple parameters depending on the check in and check out time. For eg. An employee might be late to office but since he/she is at work, the status will have ‘PRESENT | LATE’
