How To Reactivate An Employee Who Is Currently Deactivated?

When an employee is deactivated, he/she will no longer be able to mark their attendance. All the previous data related to attendance will remain in the database. Once you reactive the employee he will be able to mark the attendance and his data will be visible in the database.

1.Go to


2.Click on Login and enter your credentials

3.Go to Masters Section

4. By default ‘Employees’ Tab is opened Status for a employee will be ‘Inactive’ if he/she was deactivated earlier

5. Click on ‘Delete’ feature in the ‘Actions’ section for that particular employee

6. A dialog box opens with option of ‘Delete’ and ‘Reactivate’

7. Click on ‘ Reactivate’ to reactivate the employee

8. In the Masters tab, the status for that particular employee will be ‘Active’ again. If the employee swipes his attendance through the app, he/she should be recognized and the swipes will be registered
